Efficiency Experts, Inc. was officially established in June of 2006 by owner and operator Todd Fokken, right here in Cypress. Twenty years later the number that matters most is still the one taken with a gauge, not the one on an invoice.

Owner and operator
Todd Fokken measures the system before he prices anything.
A former top HVAC sales professional, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. He is certified in air balancing, load calculations and duct design, and he personally oversees every installation to make sure it is done right. Customers write about the same thing again and again: he explains what the reading actually means, then gives honest, transparent advice on whether a system needs repair or replacement.

Marcie keeps the books, and the office running to the same standard.
Marcie Fokken, Todd’s wife, is the company’s CFO. While she handles the financial side of the business, she is also a familiar face to many customers, known for her excellent customer service and friendly demeanor. She is passionate about training the office staff, so the person who answers the phone treats a call the same way Todd treats a job site.
Between them, that is who a Cypress homeowner is actually dealing with: an owner who still shows up to read the system himself, and a CFO who makes sure the rest of the business runs at the same level.
